This website will be 1st stage ready by end March 2012, but will continue to evolve over the next three years plus. Book versions are scheduled in four consecutively improved editions—around April of 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. Each edition will be both much more complete and much easier to understand than the previous one. A central goal is that by the 2015 edition of the book and the website, nearly all people will be able to easily follow the argument.
